How much does event photography cost?
$150–$400 per hour
- General event-based photography, including corporate events.
- Where your event falls in the range depends on the lighting and equipment setup, the size and complexity of the event, and the type of event.
- One-hour minimum; full-day and multi-day rates available.
- Includes a full edit with light skin retouching, delivered in a Google Drive folder.
- Photos are usually ready 2–3 days after the event.
- Second photographer available for large events at an additional cost.
- Event video available at the same hourly range, edited within 1–2 weeks.
- You receive a full quote before you sign the contract.

What to expect

How quickly will we receive our event photos?
Photos are usually ready 2–3 days after the event.
Do you also film events?
Yes. Event and corporate video uses the same hourly range and includes an edited highlight film of two to five minutes and a full-length edit, usually delivered within one to two weeks.
Can you bring a second photographer?
Yes. For large events, a second photographer is available on request at an additional cost.
Do you offer full-day or multi-day rates?
Yes. For conferences and other long or multi-day events, ask about a full-day or multi-day rate.
Do you cover events outside the DC area?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Travel expenses depend on distance and location and are included in your quote before you sign the contract.
